About Dr. Luigi Mangiacotti
Dr. Luigi Mangiacotti, DO, is a board-certified neurologist licensed in
California and Nevada. He is preparing a direct-pay telehealth practice
for adults with migraine and other
primary headache disorders.
Dr. Mangiacotti completed his neurology training at Cedars-Sinai
Medical Center in Los Angeles and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic
Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences–COMP in
Pomona, California.
In addition to his telehealth work, Dr. Mangiacotti currently
practices as an inpatient neurohospitalist, caring for patients with a
broad spectrum of acute neurologic conditions. He also serves in an
academic teaching role, working with trainees and emphasizing careful
bedside reasoning, diagnostic accuracy, and evidence-based care.
His approach to headache care is thoughtful and thorough, with a focus
on careful listening, clear recommendations, and practical treatment
plans tailored to each patient.
This practice is intended for adults with selected outpatient headache
concerns when telehealth is appropriate. Visits are planned for
patients physically located in California or Nevada at the time of
future care.
